Evil Sid
how far north do you need to go to witness the northern lights? As far as Scotland, or further?
fugtifino
Often seen in Scotland, Sid, someone I know saw them from Berwick a couple of years ago, all depends on the conditions. Virtually guaranteed to see them from Iceland and the Scanda countries at the right time.

wolfie
As you say fugs 'delightful'. Does it bring back memories?
fugtifino
Heh, not quite that ancient yet, wolfman, though I do remember horsedrawn rag and bone men and trolley buses. What's striking about that film though is the quality of colour, pioneering for the day.
algy
Great clip fugs, amused me when the policeman on traffic duty holds all the traffic up then waves them on while people are still crossing the road!.
Dizzy
That was nice and relaxing to watch Fugs and I am feeling very chilled now. Saying that yours is the first post I've read for over a day so it may be short lived <smiley_winky_giggle_and_all_that> Your other post just remnded me abut the very tuneful chap who used to come down our avenue with his horse and cart when I was young. Question........I can understrnd why he shouted 'rag' but why 'bone' ? Anyone know ?
