The Human Body!

It takes your food seven seconds to get from your mouth to your stomach.

One human hair can support 3kg (6.6 lb).

The average man's private area is three times the length of his thumb.

Human thighbones are stronger than concrete.

A woman's heart beats faster than a man's...

There are about one trillion bacteria on each of your feet.

Women blink twice as often as men.

The average person's skin weighs twice as much as the brain.

Your body uses 300 muscles to balance itself when you are standing still.

If saliva cannot dissolve something, you cannot taste it.

Women reading this will be finished now.

You will find most men are still busy checking their thumbs.

OK so I am going to be honest here and I did actually look at my own thumb (presuming mine was slightly smaller than a mans) just to see what 'average'  might be

I guess none of the others are true either then?

The average man's private area is three times the length of his thumb.

What if one of your thumbs is slightly longer than the other, which one do you use for measurement or you multiply each by three add them together and divide by two to get an average of the average.

What part of the thumb do you measure to, the second joint from the tip or the third joint from the tip? There can be about a 1 1/2 " difference between the two.

And one final thought if you have long thumbnails are they included in the measurement?

Does make wonder though if that is why some ladies carry a tape measure in their handbag

Bigger numbskull than the average numbskull I'd say because I'm still boggled.  Sometimes it takes me longer than average and sometimes it just takes me forever.

Your not Dizzy's twin sister by any chance are you, deme'. Ooops i had better go and put my tin hat on!. :D:wink:

Tin hat would be an advantage, don't know about Dizzy but  I have 100% accuracy with my handbag.  And since you mention it, I'd say we do share the same ancestor lineage via the Bennett family.

Oh my God! my wifes maiden name was Bennett, and also you must be related to another member, Tracey, cos' she's related to everybody. :D
