Front page news today and a nice gesture by the council.  They are flying their flag at half mast this week, have opened a book of condolence and are also allowing flowers to be laid at the town hall.

Not at yesterdays match I don't think PJ but I don't know anyone who went so not 100% sure.

They [Warrington Wolves] did post on their own facebook page yesterday saying....

"All at Warrington Wolves are deeply saddened to hear of the tragic news of the deaths of Viola Beach and their manager, our heartfelt sympathies go out to the boys and their families, we will be paying our respects to them at the Wakefield game on Friday 26th Feb"

When questioned on their page about why waiting until the 26th they replied "The Club has close links to the band, it is felt it is all still raw at the moment and we do not want to rush a tribute, thank you."

Aww Viola Beach's song 'Swings & Waterslides' has got to number 1 in the iTunes Charts.  I hope they get to number 1 in the normal top 40 and everywhere else too x
