Not tried it but I can guess what's going to show. It should theoretically be possible to get the make, model and colour of the car and insert the plate number onto it. Now that would be really cleaver!

I often wonder if little things like this are just another way of gathering information about us?

Bill

No harm in being cautious eh Bill and these days you just never know.

.....but in my case it's more like paranoia smiley-scared004.gif

If my neighbours car now goes missing or anything odd happens I'll report back (Well actually no I wont, I shall remain silent and delete my own posts smiley-ashamed004.gifsmiley-ashamed001.gif

You do have a point Bill however thousands of people and the motor trade advertise cars on the internet on Motortrader and other car selling sites adding full details and registrations numbers including photos, sometimes of the vehicle standing in their driveway etc , I have sold the last four vehicles I have owned in that manner perhaps I have been lucky that i have not suffered any problems to date.

Well just had a look and a chuckle at the picture but if it comes to court I have a very very good excuse. The registration I put in was for my motorbike which I scrapped off in 1979 and watched being crushed with a slight tear in my eye.

Was caught doing 34.2 in a thirty limit on cliff road Warrington off the porth roundabout. As it was a putch moped with just two gears and a top speed, down a steep hill, with a tail wind and me pedalling as fast I could o just over 28 mph I think they need to recalibrate the camera
