Dizzy Posted February 4, 2013 Report Share Posted February 4, 2013 Leicester car parks have apparently apologised for any inconvenience caused whilst running a skeleton service on one of their sites but have said that anyone exceeding the 2 hour maximum daily limit will still face the additional charge of £2 for each subsequent day that any fine remains unpaid. Seems it hasn't operated on a "next of kin" basis since they stopped Roman Catholics from being eligible - so I guess there must be quite a few "pretenders" out there?!
