Cleopatra
Would you walk into a pub and ask for a pint of Bobo? Or would you feel like an ass?

Cleopatra
It's a new ale being launched at Walton Hall Gardens and named after the donkey there.
P J
Is the donkey or any of its by products involved in the making of the ale?
algy
It's a new ale being launched at Walton Hall Gardens and named after the donkey there. Then yes I probably would but only after having a taster first. Â Florence you have excellent intelligence considering you live in Egypt, or do you, are you just playing a little game with us and you really live in one of those big houses up on top of Hill Cliff with your millionaire Egyptian husband and you don't want us to know in case we start sending begging letters to your.
Cleopatra
Aww! You sussed me Algy! But don't bother coming round cos we got a big sign on the gate - No Hawkers - No Beggars - Beware of The Dogs! Â Actually it's not difficult to keep abreast of what's happening there by reading the news and having a sister who loves to gossip.
Cleopatra
Is the donkey or any of its by products involved in the making of the ale? Â Â I believe they have a bucket tied underneath it. Now I'm not suggesting anything you know but they do give it lots of water to drink, eh what? P J
Mmmm sounds like most of the real ales I have been subjected to lol. To be honest some of them are very nice but there are some mingers
Cleopatra
Here and now, at this moment, I could drink a pint of beer even if it tasted like donkey p**s, and I don't usually drink or like alcohol. All the milk and bottled water has gone and I'm waiting for my son to come home with new stocks. I've just eaten a bowl of ice cream. Big mistake! It's made me even thirstier. Can't stand the taste of Nile water - before anyone thinks to tell me to go and drink the Nile.

Cleopatra
I don't think so! What about uretha tract infections? They would infect the urine. And actually kidney infections can also mean that the urine is not so sterile as they would have you believe. I myself am waiting for results of tests to discover the best antibiotic treatmment because white cells have been discovered in my urine probably as a result of a kidney infection because of the pain I have in that area sometimes. Evil Sid
Probably safer to drink the nile then
Cleopatra
Probably is but whatever they add to the water, they add a bit too much imo because it leaves a taste I don't like at the back of my mouth, which is why I only drink refridgerated bottled water. Dizzy
Alcohol is used in those antibacterial hand washes in hospitals so it must be good for killing internal germs too ... well that's my excuse anyway

Cleopatra
Just thought I'd mention it in case any of you had a notion to start drinking your own pee. Don't do it.
P J
Is it just your own that's dangerous then ????
Cleopatra
No, could be anyone's (but could you fancy drinking pee from someone else's system?). Whats more, each time you drink your own pee it goes through the kidneys again and so gets stronger in sodium, which will cause dehydration and it will have a detrimental effect on your guts too. So, far from being good for you and the miracle cure for any number of conditions, it's actually bad for you.
P J
you best go drink the Nile then it's safer
