You could argue that being an alien creature human labeling does not apply to the character as they are not actually human. I am sure that at the end of the last series the doctor was told that they would not be able to reincarnate again which poses the question of a new doctor being incarnated. what a person identifies as is neither here nor there as long as they can do the job required.they can identify as a lancre blue cheese called horace if they want to. at the end of the day you have the choice to watch or not watch and it is not like it is real life like emmerdale or corrie or eastenders...... Each one having to be noted down in the book along with the date and time as well. storage not a problem though as Ernie comes round every week with the wagon to collect the teeth and Charlie (supervisor) checks the money balances out as well as paying the girls for their time and updating the lists for the coming week.
