Just read the sad news about the passing away of Peter Turner..... he will be missed... Peter was such a character in a happy grumpy sort of way

I will miss our annual meeting at the Oktoberfest..... This year, the first pint will be dedicated to his memory

RIP Peter. I only met him a few times, but he was one of those people you can have an instant connection to.

So sad :(    Peter was a lovely man although I never actually met him face to face,  I spoke to him quiet a few times over the phone though and of course always on the forum.

We've all had some laughs with him on here over the years and of course some rants (and errm shall I just say 'moments' too).  He always used to make me laugh when he went off on one and always a man to say it like it was

Lovely that he got to see his beloved Warrington Town winning the cup and his smile on the photo last week is one I wont forget.  One very happy and proud man

Peter's funeral is this coming Friday May 6 at 3pm at Walton Crem for any members who wish to attend.
