Seems to me that they would be better spending money on flood defenses around there than over at Victoria Park as that's not flooded. The footbridge links from waterways to wardour street. Or the first island coming from the lights at cromwell avenue and sankey way past the peace centre and the hospital. Only reason the first one is brighter is that the sun came out that day as opposed to the miserable grey clouds we have had for the past week. I can assure you that there are four years difference between the two pictures. and they have not been retouched on photo shop either just downloaded from the camera and uploaded to photobucket. not sure about the ducks having a field day but the heron had easy pickings.
