algy
Mark Bridger appeared at Mold Crown Court and pleads not guilty to the abduction and murder of five-year-old April Jones, his lawyer states that Bridger may be PROBABLY be responsible for her death. What's this about!, is he attempting to get of with a manslaughter verdict.?

kevofaz25
Could it be he took her away and some accident has happened- maybe she fell into the river that was in flood- he would be responsible for her death but not know where the body is?? not defending his actions, merely offering some lateral thinking. Yes, he should just 'fess up and get on with the sentence.
safeway60
*Probably* guilty ? Not a very firm basis for putting a man in jail for the rest of his life.*Probably* isn't beyond reasonable doubt.
