asperity
Which is the ad that most gets up your nose? For me its the one for the Honda Civic which has a choir imitating the sounds the car makes
KeithR
The body form sanitary towels.........with wings one.
AdrianR
Any dubbed advert - "oust" springs to mind at the mo. Do they think we are that thick that we wont notice? [ 15.06.2006, 13:30: Message edited by: Adrian ]
sadako
I thought the honda advert was quite good asperity...a little long maybe. I hate those ad's for injury lawers.
Eagle
Most of the Insurance Company ads are dire Churchill's irritating dog, the mouse, the crusader, but the worst is Lombardy Finance's Oh eight hundred fifteen bloody thousand. My irritation stems from the fact that when you don't need money they fall over themselves to give you a loan but when someone needs money they don't want to know. Evil Sid
really hate the confused.com one. you know where he keeps saying over and over and over again. the ones i miss the most though are the tango ones used to love that one where the big orange guy smacked him round the head. sadako
Yeah confused.com is really annoying, but it was only the fact that it stuck in my head that I bothered to try it....I am sooo glad I did. Saved hundreds
asperity
I do like the one for the Food Standards Agency showing the food beeing barbequed to the tune of "When will I see you again". Funny and effective. Most car adverts leave me cold as they tell you nothing about the product.
asperity
OK I've changed my mind. It's now the Citroen C4 advert where the car turns into a skater. Duh!! Why would that make me buy the car plus its always on.
sadako
If I bought a citroen, I would expect it to turn into a skater. There is an advert for deodorant, where the lady wearing it has flowers coming out of her arm pits. If I bought it, I would expect to have flowers coming out of mine too, or I would take it back! It's false advertising I tell ya!

Not onl that they don't mention the depreciation, maybe they should have a warning like financial services products, "the value of your investment will go down......substantially". Mort
UGH! that one for Frosties with the annoying kid who sings 'they're gonna taste great!" AAAAARGH! oh and sheila's wheels
bumble bass bomb
Sheila's Wheels is damn annoying! Probably the worst i think. There's a few sing-a-long adverts, like the carcraft ones, they should be banned. Oh and the female beauty adverts, the ones where its kind of dubbed. Oh and the Oil of Olay (think thats it) and the use of long words that could be anything, Pentapeptides i think they say. I do actually think the Citroen transformer adverts are cool. There making a film now after being inspired by the first of them ads.
bumble bass bomb
Actually I dispise most marketing, especially the adverts made to brainwash kids. Making then fat, unhealthy, spoiled with the wrong attitude to everything!
big ste
the beauty products ones are stupid, stuff about extract of pearl, or crushed pearls or something. Such an easy way to make the product look like there's something good about it. What next? Gold shavings in your cups of tea? Cavaiar as a substitute for petrol? It's ridiculous. Cillit Bang is another, with that annoying Barry Scott dude, here's a remix of said advert; http://www.luckykazoo.com/media/2005/03/cillit-bang-remix.html oh, and here's another by the same guy, a remix of that ESure advert; http://www.luckykazoo.com/media/2005/03/e-sure-remix.html

Brendam.
The advert that really gets to me is the idiot one where a man is standing at a bus stop and cars go past and rip his clothes off. Bren.
legendkillerpr
I like that advert for some reason. I dont know why i just think its funny. The Talksport one with Rodney Marsh for the world cup annoys me aswell. Does anyone remember the Bud Light adverts with 'Real men of genius.' I thought they were some of the funniest adverts ive ever seen.
