With threats to block the Euro tunnel, cut off electricity supply etc; we've got their two faced deceit over preventing illegal migrants crossing the channel. A Sky Report, identified two 40 plus seater dinghys being carried to the shore line, watched by half a dozen French Police, who did nothing to intervene. Observer II Posted October 10, 2021 Author Report Share Posted October 10, 2021 Well the French are now asking for a "migrant treaty" with the UK, which will no doubt involve accepting a proportion of the illegals being allowed to set up camps around Calais. So the question is, why are the French tolerating such illegals to roam their own Country in the first place ? The EU are now funding special border policing in Greece, Bulgaria and Rumania, with the building of border walls and naval patrols, to push back illegals; they need to do this in Italy and Spain too. This problem is going to get worse, as future wars and environmental disasters increase, so draconian action is required. ninearches Posted October 10, 2021 Report Share Posted October 10, 2021 It is about time some sort of replanting of crops was put in place in some of these poorer countries & irrigation systems put in to enable them to be self sufficient .We could use the water from the rising sea levels to provide that once it has been desalinated. To date the vast majority have been young males and clearly economic migrants; who realise that Liberal Democracies are totally incapable of stopping them.
