GaryJ
Getting married in Greece this year and we need to find our local parish priest. Anyone know where to find him? We live around the Wilderspool Causeway area? Thanks in advance.

GaryJ
Never been to church in my life. Were not religious. Is that the case then? Just find the nearest church and knock on?
observer
Not a regular Church goer then? Births, deaths and marriages!
Bonzodog
Hi Gary, firstly congrats on your forthcoming wedding. Secondly (& I'm genuinely curious, not having a pop) if you are not religious, why do you want the services of a priest?
Eagle
Last rites?
Evil Sid
st elphins is the parish church in warrington. what religion are you looking for as a search on yell lists around 65 churches that are of various religion (except for synagogs for some reason). just have a look along where you live and as somebody has already suggested knock on the door and ask. at worst they will say they do not know. it is not as if they are going to insist you join up(well maybe the lord rama krishna temple might insist you take a few leaflets)

GaryJ
Confusion sorted out! We got an email yesterday from our wedding planner stating what I said at the top. The email was sent to the wrong couple so no need to find a priest. I did think it was a bit weird. Ah well...
Eagle
I wouldn't rely too much on a wedding planner that sends details to the wrong couple, you could end up with the wrong wife.

Peter T
I think that Our Lady's in St. Mary St (Latchford) is the local Catholic Church.
