When I was at school they were average 35 to a class and the teachers managed to control them fairly well. And before you repeat the myth, most of them will not be tax-payers, but mainly in menial (or black market) jobs below the tax threshold. So the majority will be tax-consumers, and will place increasing demands on our Education, Health and Housing provision.
