Well I can tell it is a delivery to market gate - but too sunny and warm for Christmas tree!

I was going to say Oliver Cromwells statue but wrong part of town.

actually maybe not cos it's a colour photo and the man seems dressed fiarly 'modern' so phone boxes would already be there.
