Seems Liverpool Police are on guard against Animal Rights Activists at this year's Aintree Races -  these people are unable to accept that they are in a minority and which to impose their views on the majority, without recourse to the democratic process -  in other words "terrorism" -  time they were locked up for a long spell.    😠

but if the police didn't do anything and they did "protest" then the police would be hauled over the coals for it, so damned if they do and damned if they don't.

at the end of the day it is about the safety of the public attending the  meeting. not about wokeness in the police force.

The Police have said they will be doing something, the rest is up to the Courts.     😠      As with all these entitled m/class nerds, it's time imo, for some draconian sentencing, but as it might be Pater or Mater in the Judges seat, it may not happen.    😠

It worked for the suffragettes so maybe they had that in mind.

I think the police did the right thing in hauling them away and at least this time they didn’t just stand around as they’ve done in the past.

I saw a photo of a sit down demo by these freaks in London, they were surrounded by a Police cordon, intent on keeping the wider public away, not arresting the protesters - so perhaps the Police require de-woking ?      😠

arresting them is what they want the police to do so they can get more publicity for the cause.

rather than a cordon just have two pc's watching them and if there is any trouble between the protesters and the public at large they walk up and say in a loud clear voice "would you mind not doing that"
