wolfie
When I read about political parties announcing stunts like this and others promising to have yet another vote on foxhunting I realise that none of them have a clue about the real world. I despair.

Evil Sid
What would be the point of a TV debate between politicians. we already have a channel for parliament and if you have ever taken the time to watch that then you will know that any debate is about as useful as bicycle clips for a fish. all it would prove was that our lies are better than your lies. as a side note once tuned to the parliament channe l by mistake. there was a vote on somethng or other that was failry important according to thw person asking for the vote. of the six people attending two were asleep and two were the speaker and the minutes secretary. some time later when they were voting in their pay rise it was packed to the rafters. observer
All they need to do, is put them on Question Time and let the audience ask the questions; a so-called debate between 7 leaders will be a farce anyway, and there's only one of them with any gravitas. P J
if they were all hooked up to a lie detector it would make it more entertaining
Evil Sid
I reckon we should run a wwe style event. winner takes all no holds barred last man standing. Mind you with having a coalition it would have to be a tag team contest.
