Geoff Settle
Does anyone watch this BBC TV show? It's a bit like a mixture of the Calendar Girls (but in this case the WI) meet the 'Last of the Summer Wine' type characters living down on the South Downs. Lots of Britains brilliant comediens are in the show our own Sue Johnston, French & Saunders and many more. Her is a link to see more Jammy link

Geoff Settle
Does it work in Deutchland Steve?
busby
Be hopes for your sake it doesn't Steve, it's on a par with Big Brother and X Factor on the 'brain dead' scale
Mort
i think it's ok - i don't like the theme tune though. The Kinks' version was MUCH better. Why re-record it? (oh, by the way the theme tune is 'The Village Green Preservation Society' )
Eddie
Have to agree with busby, this is the unfunniest programme on tv, written by Jennifer Saunders while in rehab I think.
Geoff Settle
Shame on you it's a beautiful piece of work. As for the music it's by Kate Busby and her her folky interpretations. A bit like Pentangle when they provided the back ground music for 'Take three girls' - but you have to be really old like me to remember them. Peter T
Pentangle is a greetings card shop in Latchford village.
