ERRM NO; PC theory requires that our public institutions reflect (literally) the percentage composition of society as a whole; hence the requirement for x% females, y% ethnics in their recruitment policies: regardless of physical or mental suitabilty to any particular role - it's a tick box excercise in a tick box world, by liberal theorists, who clearly have no experience of some of the institutions involved, and care little about degrading their overall capability as organisations.
