PhilCFC
Tuesday 24th August Our 1st match and it's nice and local, I'm pleased our first game is against you. We're finding our way around this level of football so you'll have to excuse the seemingly daft questions! All the best
P.I.E.M.A.N.
Welcome to our league, it will be an eye opener for you I can tell you that, you'll find it more difficult than you think. See you all at the Cantilever on the 24th
PhilCFC
I, for one, am not expecting this to be a walk in the park season. Yes we have signed some excellent players for this level but they haven't played together yet (aside from Saturday). Out of interest what's the capacity at the Cantilever? Gary
I, for one, am not expecting this to be a walk in the park season. Yes we have signed some excellent players for this level but they haven't played together yet (aside from Saturday). Out of interest what's the capacity at the Cantilever? The capacity is circa 2,000 so we may just all squeeze in - welcome to our forum and league Phil. I hope you enjoy your stay - after you have played us
PhilCFC
Thank Gary. Not saying that we will bring this but we took 1,500 to Colwyn Bay on Saturday so I suppose it might end up being a squeeze!
Furious Town Boys
Cant wait for this game, if you took 1,500 for a friendly then I am sure we can get a capacity 2,000 inside Cantilever.....first ever all ticket League match for us Gary?? Cantilever Park SOLD OUT! haha come on.... Ossett away first for a warm up, then Lancaster Away 5th match...good stuff!!
P.I.E.M.A.N.
Cheshire Derby first up for them too, could the fixtures planners have wrote it any better
Ian
Just read the Chester City match report. Seems there was a minority of Chester fans disgruntled by the 2-0 defeat to Colwyn Bay, resulting in additional support from the Welsh police force being drafted in. Furious Town Boys
Lets say we as fans are in for an exciting start to the season... Ossett - away - Tommo's revenge Chester - Home - Capacity Crowd Lancaster - Away - we all know the reasons why... along with Witton, Bootle (maybe) being close local games its certainly an excellent fixture list to get us all excited again. Gary
There is every chance we will be making it an all ticket game! A first for Warrington Town! Tickets will go on sale to season ticket holders first!

Woody
I believe they do, but they still need a ticket to get in, even if its a free one.

Gary
Can we have some clarification on this please? If we are putting a strict capacity on the gate we will need to provide season ticket holders with a ticket to get in on the day - which will be free of course. As season tickets do not allocate any particular are aof the ground we need to know exactly how many people are in the ground. I hope this clarifies the situation. Leyther_Matt
Must admit I have a bit of sympathy for you to get Chester in the first game as it could be a logistical nightmare, but at least it will be a lucrative one I suppose!
