Gary
I have been watching both with interest - and reckon the Super League play offs are far more entertaining and exciting to watch and leaves Rugby Union standing.
Peter T
I guess you're biased.

BAY CITY ROLLER
Gary,i think the team that finishes top of Super League, should automatically be Champions!

observer
Nah; 4th tackle buisiness ruins the game; Union has more flow.
Gary
More flow - when a bunch of guys pile on top of each other, scrap for the ball, knock it on about eight times and hoof it up the field - you obviously have thick rimmed blinkers Mr Obs! Peter T
League has gone back to head down and charge through the middle at a brick wall. Not much different to a ruck really.
observer
"scrapping for the ball" or a loose ruck keeps the game in motion; much better than the ref blowing a whistle and then a pause while the teams form lines again.
KeithR
Probably prefer League at club level, but at International level Union wins hands down. The matches against Australia and France made the Super League final look like a training session. Plus ......can you imagine the Rugby League World Cup getting the same coverage as Union. For a kick off it's a case of who comes second behind Australia. and if Sky sports don't get involved then the viewing figures would only warrant it being shown on BBC2, ITV4 or Channel 4. Eddie
I class myself as a league fan but can't disagree with anything that KeithR has said.
