Dave P
Just to update yellows, the reserves won 8 - 0 at ashton town reserves today in the liverpool cup. Believe it or not it was 0-0 at half time and the lads were absolutely superb second half playing some top class stuff with Kev Towey scoring twice, dermody 2, parr, ellis, berry and butorins also netting. Wiretown.Editor
Well - it is eight to beat when the first team go there in the Senior Cup a week on Thursday. The target has been set (but a 1-0 win would do just as well)
Gary
Match report now on the sports page. Must be a few lads pushing for the first team now! Even young James Parr scored a cracker - or was it an attempted cross?

safe hands
graet win dave and thats a really good run of form going so many games unbeaten maybe this will be the year that the reserves get out of mid cheshire 2 and into 1 where we need to be

I was under the impression that the reserves would not be able to go any higher than mid cheshire 1! as im sure the north west counties have rules about reserve teams entering their league! im sure wiretown will know the rules! Pieman
Bang on YellowChris, the reserves, cannot go any higher than the CFL Div 1 (i.e. the NWCFL) as a reserve side. Would take a major change for that to happen Gary.
