He seems to think that the 52 poor souls who went to Perpignan last week are the *true* fans not the thousands of the rest who boo the team. I've never booed anybody at Warrington RLFC, leaving early has been my protest and the occasional single upraised digit in the general direction of the bench as I'm leaving. It's a pity that next seaon wasn't his benefit season and the *true* fans could let him know what they think. His benefit cash has now been safely trousered so the opportunity has gone. May I wish him the best of luck in his new life down in south Wales. I understand that Brain's bitter is very tasty. Not many golf courses though to get legless on whilst playing. I can't see Briers giving up a secure spot in a team he's played with for 10+ years to chance his arm with a side destined to go belly up in a couple of seasons.
