Bazj Posted August 6, 2008 Report Share Posted August 6, 2008 So will the council now sue him personally in order to seize ALL of his assets; strip him of his home etc. to get some money back? or do councils generally reserve that sort of treatment for pensioners who won't pay their poll taxes!
