observer Posted July 3, 2008 Report Share Posted July 3, 2008 Is it merely a coincidence that the Town Hall Labour Group have taken up the hysterical obsession of a local MP, with their criticisms of the Chief Executive of the Council (ww news) and the running of the recent elections OR are they merely their Master's voice?! This from a Party that has introduced the slackest system of postal voting, comparable with (in the words of a judge) a Banana Republic. This from a Party, who are now going to contaminate the independence of the non-political Electoral Commission, by allowing ex-Party hacks onto it. What is interesting about the matter, is how the Council's Labour Group is now said and led by one individual, who isn't a Councillor; which explains why certain folk were removed a while back!
