That’s the difference between us blokes and women. If it were up to me I’d probably have one of the old gas ones with a whistle. Wonder if they ever cracked the problem of the whistle leaving a dark ring around your mouth when you blew into it for too long. I did see a small two cup travel kettle that was really cheap and at only 1Kw could have almost boiled from my solar setup. perhaps a few of the methods from history might help. couple of months hanging in chains from a wall might work. bring back stocks in the town centre. (might even up the footfall in them and help local traders, especially the fruit and veg trade) or you could use the biblical methods and eye for an eye springs to mind. as for loopholes the only one that should be allowed is the one in a length of hemp. sadly human rights seem to outweigh human wrongs so although they mat be good suggestions to some thy will never be re-instated....🙄

Well, the Irish have come up with a touch of irony - their PM has decided to produce a law that will enable migrants to be sent back to the UK ! Now, if it's legally possible for the Irish to do that, surely it's legally possible for the UK to send them back to France ?

use a hercules troop transport full, parachutes provided, don't even have to land. open the back door and kick em out. Parachute will provide a nice temporary shelter when the land. four flights a day soon make a dent in the numbers give the pilots some in flight training as well as some of the troops to prevent any takeover attempt.
