algy
Had a nice day out in the sunshine around Conway, sun shone all day, (Sun 25th Nov), uploaded these four shots of the river, valley and Llyn (Lake) Craftnant.
Dizzy
Nice pics Algy and the weather does look lovely. But you were taking a chance though weren't you considering the supposed weather forecast and warnings for Wales and around here. The main A55 not far from there was apparently closed on Thursday after it flooded and motorists were stranded for hours and emergency rest stations were also opened at Llandudno, Caernarfon and Bangor. Always use the met office website and for a day out I have never come unstuck with it yet, just type in the area you wish to go to and Hey Presto! gives you all the weather for the day and week ahead, - Simples!. http://www.metoffice.gov.uk/public/weather/forecast/warrington?tab=map&map=SignificantWeather

asperity
I use a site called windfinder which gives forecasts for wind direction and strength, wave height, cloud, temperature and rain. Very helpful around the coast! Windfinder
