Peter T
I have received an NHS Mori Poll GP Patient Survey. Anyone else received one? They say, that it is done regularly to improve the service.
Evil Sid
had one about six months back. just filled it in and sent it back. not sure if this will improve things or not though. still it ticks the box that says has a survey been carried out
Dizzy
What's one of those Peter Is it relating to recent hospital treatment or actual gp surgery appointments. My son got a survey form last year sometime after we had phoned the out of hours Garven Place GP service about his sore foot We only phoned them though and nothing more
Peter T
GP surgery. Usual boxes to tick. Appointments at GP or Health Centre. Getting through on the phone. Seeing a Dr. and so on and so on. Just occurred to me why they have multiple choice questions at school. So they know how to fill forms/questionnaires in. Dizzy
Considering all the GP appointments I've had over the last 6 months I'm suprised that I've never been sent one... ahh but then may know what I would tick. Was there an option for "****** useless"
