Dizzy
Hope you didn't think I was suggesting it was your fault that he had a go at you. I just re-read my own post I do know what you mean though and there are times in the past that he has given me the jitters too but then again most drunken people do. Although I speak to him from time to time I always make sure he doesn't see which house I go into I would rather bump into him when he is drunk though than many of the drunken idiots in Stockton Heath and Warrington at weekends. Even our milkman has changed his Saturday morning delivery times due to the many problems he has had with groups of drunken yobs making their way home and hanging around Wilderspool and SH upto 5.30am on a Saturday morning. silverlady54
No, Dizzy, I didn't think that, just wanted to explain my own experience. (Though a previous poster obviously wanted to start a class war mentioning house prices). I do wish I had the money these youngsters have to spend on drink every weekend! Of course when I was that age, eons ago, I wouldn't have dared arrive home in that state, besides which my curfew was around 11 pm even at 21!!!!!!!! Bazj
Kije, if the hospitals that the Tories shut were soooo good at what they did, why didn't the Liebour lot open them up again? In fact, why didn't the socialists reverse all of the "bad" stuff that the Tories were supposed to have done? They had 13 years..... they borrowed enough to rebuild the world and yet didn't reverse all the things everyone seems to moan about? Maybe because the Tories got it right perhaps???? And as for that drunken dancing buffoon, he needs sticking in a van and dropping off in Aberdeen....
observer
It would have been rather difficult to have re-opened Winwick Hospital, as they'd sold it off and houses were built on it AND even Labour couldn't borrow enough cash to do it, other than perhaps one of Brown's PFI schemes.
