Not at all. In China, people deliberately contaminated food products with reckless disregard for life, damaged and killed babies. It shows up your prejudice against success though - making money by buying oil leases at the market price is the same in your view as murdering babies for a quick buck. In the case of the oligarchs, the latter appears to be the case; ripping off the Russian people with the blessing of a vodka sodden President.
