Dizzy
Had to smile.... other half found some old 'Wires' programmes etc today. How I wish today's Wolfware Shop was as 'exciting' as the one described in the Wire vs St Hellens programme for 4 April 1976... it would save me a fortune Another that made me smile is the Warrington vs Widnes Challenge Cup Final programme between Warrington and Widnes 10 May 1975 at Wembly. Souned like a grand affair and between 2.30 and 2.50pm there was 'Community Singing' led by Bernard Manning and the Band of the Irish Guards. 9 songs (well the parts that were to be sung) are printed. The Songs are: When the Saints go Marchin In The End of the Road John Brown's Body (lies a-mouldr'ing in the grave) On Ilkley Moor Baht' at She's a Laddie from Lancashire Congratulations Nice One Cyril The Happy Wanderer and Abide with Me Maybe I should have put this is the music section
Peter T
I hope Adam isn't a rugby fan. Mind you, probably hasn't heard of any of them.
