burgerman
After the last debate we had on this forum i was wondering what peoples thoughts are on this! When we were in the southern section i didnt think there was to much difference between the two leagues (even though i was told it was alot simpler in the south). Gary
With Halifax in the north I think it makes the Northen section the toughest to get out of. When we were in the south aour team was not as strong as it is now. Lets not forget for the past few seasons Warrington have been battling at the wrong end of the table. To be at the turn of the year and still thinking of the play offs is a huge turn around. If we had had a better start to the season (when we played most of our tough fixtures) and been more consistent at home we would certainly be battling in the play offs. I also don't think we have had our fair share of luck yet as we have had far too many goals ruled out for off side. On the plus side we have had a few more penalties this season! To also have won the fair play award two months on the bounce shows our discipline is also vastly improved. Still probably a couple of players short of being a top team consistently but hopefully Joey will bring them in in the New Year.
Peter T
Leave the poo tactics out of it. We don't want divers doing the dying swan act.
