I just had a call purporting to be from BT Collections Department.


I was told that my account had been suspended today and that I was now only allowed incoming calls.


When I told him that I didn't understand why he was telling me this, he repeated himself.


When I thanked him for letting me know, he hung up!


His basic error was that I'm not with BT, so I was onto him right away.
