Evil Sid Posted October 15, 2009 Report Share Posted October 15, 2009 so the occasional smack with a wooden spoon is classed as assault. in that case should police be charged with assault every time they use their batons or cs gas spray. it will get that way soon that tapping somebody on the shoulder to get their attention will result in an assault charge.
