That says there is special support for Warrington and lists the councils doing surge testing which does not include Warrington. Then it says to look at the council website, which still stays look at the government website....! The usual total radio silence from WBC as if they don't know what is going on despite being totally in control and pushing the unresponsive government. I'd laugh but it is just boring now.
