Davy51
Well it appears that the Northern Power House is in big trouble . Investors assembled expecting to already have been in homes that haven't even been built & having paid 70% up front deposits for dream properties. One property in Liverpool still in the scaffold stage & seemingly abandoned as a building site but littered with flammable material ,waiting to be accidentally set alight by the homeless squatters who populate the site. £22 million pounds of investors money disappeared from the main contractors funds into the coffers of associate companies . All fronted by a couple of con artists & fraudsters who have links to some of the biggest drug dealers in Liverpool. The company has also associated itself with Liverpool City Council & secured many millions of pounds from Chinese investors using fancy publicity videos with impressive computer graphics to bolster its case for inward investment. Many Chinese businessmen have supposedly lost many £millions on the scam. It will be interesting to see how many £billions disappear from the HS2 budget & into the pockets of fraudsters. It's not the fraudsters that are the problem at HS2. It's HS2 Ltd https://www.ft.com/content/6fb315ba-73b4-11e8-aa31-31da4279a601
