observer
How to reduce dog attacks - increase (prison) sentences on the owners of such dogs OR impose greater restrictions/regulation on ownership (EG: license, training prog, etc)? francine
Dog owners are to blame for this, they need training with their dogs. we should have license to keep a dog. If things go wrong prison is the only answer.
observer
A properly trained dog is as safe as you can get, there's a question mark about the owner(s) though?! I see no reason for more than one dog per owner (poss exeption of farmers), but clearly no need for a chav to keep a pack at home to stall the cops, while he flushes the drugs down the toilet !
