Injury update

Hello everybody


Met with the consultant yesterday, he showed me my MRI scans and the tear. I showed him the exercises i'd been doing and he took me through a rigorous examination. He was happy that it was healing.


I'm to carry on with bike, rower and cross trainer work with some leg weights - i can start gentle jogging must build it up to get the strength back.


He did emphasise not to rush it because i don't want to damage it but if I work hard on the strengthening exercises and dont have any setbacks then i should be back in three weeks (which would take the whole process to 7/8weeks).


Just an update - saves me telling you all tonight.
