Tilly Posted May 4, 2009 Report Share Posted May 4, 2009 I've read many times that the amount of sugar in these yoghurts results in them being ineffective, I tried some bio ones - the ones where they challenge you to try for 14 days - they effects were that I then had the symptoms that the yogurt claimed to cure, all pants if you ask me, jsut keep moving as much as you can and keep a mindful eye on what you eat, plenty of "soluble fibre as well as insoluble ( roughage). As for you immune system, Vit C and Zinc, and I take Cod Liver Oil everyday, have all my adult life. I dont get colds or bugs Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
