observer Posted February 9, 2009 Report Posted February 9, 2009 Seems the LibDem PPC for Warrington South is opposed to building any new Prisons. So I suppose their policy will be to make offenders sit on the "naughty step" and give them a good "talking to" - God help us! Quote

observer Posted March 3, 2009 Author Report Posted March 3, 2009 Believe the latest gem from the Tory Party, is to have "mobile" Prisons - so when everyone objects to them, they can move on! Quote
Bazj Posted March 3, 2009 Report Posted March 3, 2009 That would be a logical approach but I get a vision of a prison rolling down the road in the style of the "Crimson Mutual Assurance Company" from Monty Python!! Seeing as nobody would be crazy enough to want a prison on their doorstop, why not shove them all on a remote island somewhere.... to hell with prisoners rights!! Quote
observer Posted March 3, 2009 Author Report Posted March 3, 2009 Tooooo simple Baz: their visitors would have to travel to see them, might infringe their human rights! Quote
