It's got nothing to do with winning anything, that's the motivation of the massive number of glory hunters you find in this country. As it is, Blatter has now come out this past week publicly stating that it would be a serious mistake for SFA, WFA and Norn Irish to become involved in this, which of course once again undermines Coe's blinkered opinion that a UK Olympic team would have no effect on real football.
