Dizzy Posted February 5, 2015 Report Share Posted February 5, 2015 This might be of interest to anyone who lives near the Two Acre Travellers Site at Walton ie the one which has only ever had temporary planning permission and has been there for about 18 years now.Anyway a recent planning application was submitted to remove conditions, expand the site and make it permenant, which was refused. Presumably they will appeal again. At their monthly meeting tonight (Thurs 5 Feb 7pm) Walton Parish Council have a guest speaker, Richard Evans, Principal Planning Officer from WBC (Environmental Enforcement), there to discuss the Two Acre Caravan/Traveller Site issues.Here's the link to the PC's website and there's also more info about the Two Acre Site on the minutes page for January.http://www.waltonpc.org.uk/index.htmThe refused planning application is reference 2014/24509 and all the documents including case officers report and objections can be viewed on the planning section of WBC's website.
