observer Posted October 15, 2012 Report Share Posted October 15, 2012 Seems folk are moving from outer areas of the Town to cheaper housing in the inner areas and this is putting pressure on Primary Schools, according to one Councillor. Perhaps he should check the school roles, one Primary school has over 30% of it's kids (mainly Poles), where English is their second language. So I suppose Warsaw is outer Warrington!
