Wireboy
Interesting video. I don't think there will ever be peace in the Middle East as there are just too many differences. One war or conflict is always the aftermath of a previous war or conflict. In this case WW2. I don't know which side to take on the issue as I think both Israel and Palestine make good arguments. Both sides however have been ruthless over the years and Palestine has harboured terrorists blowing up buses etc. Someone once said "if the Arab countries laid down their arms in the Middle East there would be peace, if Israel laid down their arms they would be wiped out." I agree.
observer
One could argue that a "Biblical" home for "Jews", is in itself a racist concept. There could have been a single secular Palastinian State for both Arabs and Jews, but unfortunately the religious extremes carried the day. observer
Interesting now, how isolated the Yanks and Israelis have become on this issue - perhaps they should send in UN bailiffs to clear the new settlements?!
Lt Kije
Sorry Asp, It was not meant as a personal attack But the settlements a meant to change the facts on the ground, and their intent is to stop a Palestinian State. observer
Not quite, there intent is to extend the State of Israel to it's ancient Biblical size, as these Zionist nutters believe it was promised "by God" - yet another example of how religion is the cause of most of the troubles in the World.
