observer
A "think tank" has recommended a reduction in the average footy wage of around ?600,000pa to around ?60,000pa!
bobshaw235
it would have to be a world wide reduction or England will lose every top footballer they have and attract nobdy except has beens and youngsters, surly its only the top top players who earn that amount. Geoff Settle
It's all a question of supply and demand, well okay a nifty bit of marketing, agent?s fees, back hander, brown envelopes etc. The think tanks can suggest all it wants but I can't see it happening, the WAGS wouldn't let it and we all know that they wear the trousers. But you have to hand it to his wife and mentor who has really taken his flagging career to another level with sexy photos shoots, perfume, clothes, documentaries if it brings in cash and is legal then they?re up for it
