Evil Sid Posted February 23, 2023 Report Share Posted February 23, 2023 i went to the local shop today for a few essentials and as i was leaving stopped and stared across the road. something had changed. at that point a neghbour was going into the shop and asked if i was ok. " I was wondering what has happened to the bus shelter that was on the hospital side" was my reply. "they took it down yesterday" she replied "they have taken down all the bus shelters on this route" i was relieved at that as i really thought i was imagining it being there on tuesday. when i got home i decided to have a look on the council website and after a few minutes searching found out that they are replacing them all for new ones over the next six months that will somehow bring in more revenue. i know i am getting on a bit now but when a whole bus shelter disappears over night you do begin to think....🤔......🤪 Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
