asperity Posted June 12, 2021 Report Share Posted June 12, 2021 Wire strolled past Wakefield at the Halliwell Jones last night finishing 38-18 winners. Man of the match was undoubtably Gareth Widdop who scored one try, six conversions and a penalty, with special mention for Josh Charnley who contributed a hat-trick of tries and seems to have regained his form. The other try scorers were Mamo and Curry. Wakefield were restricted to just 3 tries, the last one being scored right on the final hooter.
