Still not sure why they've completely resurfaced Sandy Lane and East Avenue though as I've never noticed they needed doing..... unlike some of the other similar size roads round here like West Avenue and Egerton Street which are forever breaking up into potholes. Dizzy Posted June 25, 2015 Author Report Share Posted June 25, 2015 ...and by the way Ellesmere Road is still completely closed at the Stockton Heath Swing Bridge junction for anyone who is remotely interested.....I'm sort of oping that you all get stuck in the traffic diversions now Saying that what are the diversions for when the A49 or A56 are closed with both being busy roads or will they just be down to one lane with temp traffic lights.
