theinsider
It would appear the manager of the month curse has struck at Warrington Town - or has the club flattered to deceive this season?
Peter T
Perhaps all the talk of play-offs and promotion had a damaging psychological affect. Still a great improvement on last year, both on and off the field. A bit early in the season to be making comments like that. The biggest problem, is that the fans now have an expectation. Games should be judged on performance as well as result.
Furious Town Boys
The players set their own performance level against Chester, Lancaster and Bamber Bridge (cup replay) we have all seen them play top quality football and anything below this level of performance is not acceptable in my view. If you play badly and win fair enough, but it is about performance at the end of the day. No one minds watching a defeat if it is 100% dedication and commitment, fans can live with that but cant when they just turn it on against the 'bigger' teams.
