observer Posted March 3, 2010 Report Share Posted March 3, 2010 We're focused on Hadrian's Wall as the limit of Roman expansion in Britain, but aside from the Antonine Wall, I believe the Romans advanced quite far into Scotland. into the highlands - and some historians argue that they involved themselves in Irish feuds, having found depictions of a testudo in Ireland.
